Approved refunds typically take 7–10 working days to reflect

Exchanges are processed as a new order after the returned
item is received and verified.
Due to any conditions the company will not be able to
arrange the pickup of the returned items, the company can ask you to self-ship
the return products from the registered post.
For customer-initiated returns, the buyer is responsible for
return shipping charges.
