Refund policy

Once you accept the estimated cost and place an order for our services, the transaction is considered final. You will not be entitled to cancel the order, request a refund, or seek any repeal for services rendered through the Platform.

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you must initiate a refund request within one (1) calendar day of delivery.

When returning a product, you must record a clear video while repacking the item to demonstrate its condition and proper packaging. This video will serve as proof in case of any dispute regarding the product’s state upon return.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

Shipping fees, cash-on-delivery charges, and any promotional discounts are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
